Our experienced team will lead you through 6-10 tailored stretches to help you achieve optimal physical well-being. Our focus is on holistic health and providing a personalized experience for each customer. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hrs in advance for no added fee. If you are unable to cancel within the window, a 50% fee of the service will be charged to the card on file. This fee can be used for a rebooked session if the session is booked within two weeks of the cancelled session.
